What is LETORE's return policy?
Because our sweets are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, but if you need to make a change please contact us ASAP on email@example.com and we will see what we can do. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once an order has been packed and shipped.

How do I redeem a promo code?
To redeem your promo code, please enter the code on the checkout page and click submit. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined. Only one promo code may be used at a time.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
There is a flat rate cost of $10 for orders under $50
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders over $50, this is applied automatically at check-out.
Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide express overnight shipping.
When will I get my candy?
Delivery will usually take 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped our shipping company will send you an email with an estimated delivery time.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
No, we give our couriers the authority to leave packages at your door. But we do recommend that you are home to receive the package so that the candy isn’t left out in the elements. We can also ship to your work address if you prefer.
Do you deliver in Summer?
Yes, we do, but to ensure that everything arrives to you fresh and intact we do not ship orders on Fridays in Summer (December – February).

Custom Orders/Special Events
Can I personalise my order for a wedding, corporate thank you gift, or other special event?
Yes, we’d love to personalise our candy for your special event. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will work with you to create a custom gift.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Please allow at least 4 weeks for custom orders.
How should I store my candies?
We recommend you store everything in a cool and dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.
What is the shelf life of your candy?
Our candies’ shelf life is between 6 months and 1 year, but we recommend that you eat them before 6 months.
I have an allergy/special dietary requirement, how can I find out which candies are right for me?
Please see our list of ingredients for all of our products. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend you avoid our candy. Some of our candies contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts and/or tree nuts. While we do our best to sterilise our production surfaces, we cannot guarantee that there aren’t any traces of these allergens in any candy.
